Annie Clarke
Head of Learning Development
Annie heads an Office for Civil Society-funded project which provides small charities with learning initiatives. Annie leads on the development and delivery of face to face training, online learning, mentoring, and a leadership programme and consultancy.

Philip Allen
Head of Training Business Development
Philip Allen is responsible for the IoF’s Academy, which delivers fundraising courses the IoF’s qualifications including the Advanced Diploma and the online Certificate in Fundraising. Philip also leads on development of the Institute’s consulting service, which works with organisations to increase the effectiveness of their fundraising teams and leaders.

Emma Hickley

Emma works to provide fundraisers with tools to assist their learning and development including online CPD, bespoke and in house face to face training, mentoring programmes, online learning solutions and qualifications.

Jolice Truter
Learning Development Assistant
Jolice co-ordinates the IoF Academy courses and qualifications. Responsible for the administration of all Academy bookings, organising skills courses and liaising with IoF trainers, she is the first point of contact for anyone who is interested in fundraising training.

Luke Aguirre
Academy Support Administrator
Luke co-ordinates the IoF Academy Qualification courses and is responsible for all assignments, organising Qualifications and liaising with IoF Trainers and External Venues. He is the first point of contact for anyone interested in undertaking a Qualification Course.

Ruth is responsible for the production, delivery and overall success of IoF events, including National Convention, National Awards and the portfolio of IoF Conferences.

Sarah Middlemiss
Training and Events Manager
Sarah is responsible for the logistical aspects of National Convention, the National Awards and one-day conferences. Her role includes liaising with event speakers, sponsors and suppliers, managing the National Convention volunteer scheme and the National Awards nomination process.
