After an initial period of start-up funding from the Office of the Third Sector in the Cabinet Office and the Scottish Exective it is intended that the scheme will become self-financing.

To achieve breakeven, a pricing structure has been developed which recognises the importance of encouraging small organisations to join the scheme.
