The Production Hub sponsored the Best Individual Giving Campaign which was won by Crisis for their Crisis at Christmas campaign. This campaign raises funds to open centres which welcome over 4,200 homeless people. The integrated marketing campaign generated £13.1 million which far exceeded targets allowing Crisis to provide more support than ever to the homeless.

Why Individual Giving?

The Production Hub continue to sponsor the individual giving category because of its close alignment with the services we provide. Appeals, donor packs and seasonal campaigns are the lifeblood of many charities. Relying on high performing 1-2-1 communications with donors to ensure their service is funded and their great work can continue. On any typical day, The Production Hub manage dozens of campaigns for some of the largest and most active charities in the UK. Whether its intelligently cleaning appeal data to ensure both compliance and deliverability, or, building dynamic artwork to allow each recipient to receive a truly personalised pack, individual giving is in our blood.

A Supplier You Can Trust

Since the fundraising awards last year, GDPR has creeped ever closer, record fines have been issued by The ICO and The Fundraising Preference Service has been launched. Charitable organisations are under increasing pressure to get it right when it comes to data and communications with donors. Since last years awards, The Production Hub have continued to invest in improving its services while also gaining certifications to both ISO 9001 and 27001 to validate the strength and security of the organisation. It is a challenging time to work in charity fundraising and now more than ever it is vital to select suppliers with the credentials and experience to make sure you are compliant and campaigns are a success.

It has never been so important for Charities to be selective and diligent when choosing which suppliers to work with. That is why we have invested heavily in our systems and also leading quality management systems, ISO 9001 and 27001. We see it as our job to help our clients meet the evolving standards set by the Information Commissioners Office and compliance and security are our top priority." Nick Hames, Managing Director, The Production Hub
