One-to-One Heritage Support and Consultancy Sessions

GTHAs part of the Giving to Heritage programme we are able to offer subsidised One-to-One consultancy sessions with one of our expert fundraising consultants.

Whether you are an experienced fundraiser or just starting out, these hour long sessions offer you the opportunity to talk one-to-one about your organisation, project and any fundraising challenges you need to overcome.

One-to-One sessions can help you identify your needs, crystallise your ideas and help you/ your organisation understand the next steps that need to be taken.

Our consultants are friendly, informal and passionate about helping you to achieve fundraising successes! Our experts are experienced fundraising consultants and have been involved with the programme since the launch in June 2014.

Each One-to-One Support and Consultancy Session is limited to one hour. You can access these sessions over the phone, via Skype or face-to-face (i.e meet with a consultant in a mutually convenient place closer to you, if a consultant is available there).

One-to-One Support and Consultancy Sessions could give you the opportunity to:

  • Discuss any issues or development areas relevant to your organisation
  • Receive further guidance on a fundraising topic covered in one of the programmes' training workshops
  • Identify potential solutions or next steps to a particular fundraising challenge you might be facing
  • Receive feedback on fundraising documentation you are in the process of preparing

* The Giving to Heritage (GtH) One-to-One's are not a substitute for in-depth consultancy; they are designed to give participants in the GtH programme limited access to expert advice to help identify potential solutions and next steps. Each session is restricted to one hour only to enable a short focused discussion to take place on a chosen topic. Any participating heritage organisation can apply for repeat sessions either with the same consultant (or another). Given the limited resources of the GtH programme to underwrite the cost of these sessions the number of sessions may be limited; the programme reserves the right to apply a cap based on need, availability of consultants and consideration of potential benefit on a case by case basis.

I would thoroughly recommend the one to one sessions. It's well worth taking time out to solve those niggling problems that won't go away, and the insight, advice and experience provided are invaluable. Thank you very much."
