National Convention 2010, the largest gathering of fundraisers outside the USA, was a resounding success.

Exceptional plenary speakers, fantastic networking opportunities, a flurry of social media activity including over 2000 tweets and informative, content rich sessions all contributed to making 2010 one of the best National Conventions to date.
Ruth Moore, Head of Training and Events at the Institute of Fundraising, comments:
“Those senior fundraisers who make up our Convention Board did a fantastic job of putting together this year’s programme. They selected experienced, and above all, knowledgeable speakers that really inspired delegates. We also introduced additional networking sessions this year, including facilitated networking sessions, which proved very popular. We have received excellent feedback overall and are already planning how we can make next year’s Convention even more valuable.”
Christine Egger, a founding team member of Social Actions and speaker at National Convention, comments:
“I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this year's Convention. Congratulations on a wonderful event. The sense of community, discovery, and shared celebration was evident throughout.”
The Institute thanks all of its exhibitors, sponsors and media partners for their contribution to National Convention.
National Convention 2011 will take place 4-6 July and will once again be held at Hilton London Metropole, Edgware Road.
Applications will soon be open for speaker submissions and we are already discussing partnerships and opportunities at IoF NC2011.
