The largest event for fundraisers outside the US

Since 1988, the National Convention has grown from strength to strength. If you don’t know the event, then where have you been? It is the one defining moment of every fundraiser’s year, with more learning and networking opportunities than ever.

1,700 people attended in 2009, which is staggering considering the economic climate. It is also reassuring that so many people believe in the importance of training in difficult times.

The place to learn

The programme is designed to appeal to fundraisers of all levels and anyone who works for a fundraising organisation. Workshop, conference and plenary sessions provide detailed strategic analysis of the future of fundraising across all levels of experience and will appeal to those who work in charity marketing, communications, campaigning and senior management.

Meet all your training needs

The chair of the board, Russell Thompson and his board of senior fundraisers are examining the structure and content of the event for 2010.

The following specialist areas will still be covered:

  • Communications & PR
  • Community & Volunteers
  • Corporate
  • E-Media
  • Individual Giving
  • Legacies
  • Personal Development
  • Strategic Leadership
  • Vision & Inspiration

The full programme will be available to view in February 2010.
