Scottish Heads' and Directors'
The Scottish Heads’ and Directors’ Special Interest Group is for senior practitioners to share best practice in fundraising; provide a supportive network for its members; provide a platform to inform IoF Scotland policy positions and discuss topical issues. Also referred to as ‘the buck stops here club’, the group started in 2009 as the recession began to bite, offering a supportive network for managers to share their triumphs and concerns amongst peers.
Membership is open to all Institute members who are senior practicing fundraisers whether they manage a team or are a sole fundraiser. A pay as you go system is in operation for our events throughout the year. Meetings are usually on the first Tuesday of March, May, September and November.
Guests may be brought along to an event for £20 (except annual networking lunch which is free).
