10:15 – 11:15 Current trends in Christian giving and new reasons for hope – Redina Kolaneci, MJI UK

During this session Redina Kolaneci of McConkey • Johnston international UK will share key findings from her research project which surveyed patterns of giving and motivations of 2,000 evangelicals who donate to Christian charities and churches today. Copies of her research report will be available for sale on the day.

11:30 – 12:30 More than hopeful thinking: how to do strategic fundraising – Brian Kirik, Gospel for Aisa

Because an effective fundraising strategy is more than a schedule Brian Kirik, UK Director of Gospel for Asia will share ‘tried and proven’ principles and processes for developing a fundraising strategy that can deliver great results in 2010 and beyond.

12:35 - 12:50 The future of legacy giving John Runford, The Bible Society

John will do a short presentation of the major findings of a Christian legacy giving project hosted by the Bible Society and other Christian charities. And share some ideas about their latest legacy giving campaign.

14:15 – 15:15 Essential ingredients for success: Experiential giving – Grace Benson, Premier Radio

In recent years Premier Radio has launched several successful online fundraising and marketing campaigns that have enabled this ministry to engage creatively and successfully with new audiences online.During this session Grace Benson from Premier Radio will share some vital insights on how to use social networking, websites and online campaigns for generating interest and support for your cause.

15:30 – 16:30 Essential ingredients for success: Engagement & creativity – Peter Meadows, Bible Society UK

Peter Meadows is one of the well loved and well respected veterans of communications and marketing in the Christian charity sector. Over several decades he has spearheaded a wide range of strategic initiatives and campaigns for large and small organisations including: Spring Harvest, Premier Radio, World Vision, and more recently the Bible Society.

During this final session, Peter will present some vital insights and ideas on how to unleash the power of creativity within your team in order to launch and implement campaigns to engage Christians in local churches.

16:30 – 16:40 Thoughts for the journey- Charles Gibbs, FICO

During this closing session we will be drawing together some of the key ideas and questions raised at this conference and pray for ourselves and the wider body of fundraisers in Christian charities.
