Sacha Tremain - Chair

Sacha is the Major Donor Research Manager for The National Trust, based in Swindon. Prior to this she worked for the Institute of Physics Publishing as a Senior Publishing Administrator in the journals department and as a Helpline Worker for the National Domestic Violence Helpline, Women's Aid, before joining The National Trust in January 2006.

Katie Davis - Treasurer

Katie Davis is the Development Manager (Research) at the University of Liverpool where she has been for the past three years. Prior to this she worked as a Fundraiser for the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.

Elly Bohme

Elly is the founder director of the prospect research consultancy Search & Prosper. She has worked in the field of prospect research for over 13 years, initially at the University of Cambridge, and has provided research and intelligence on potential sources of funds to a broad range of education, charity and cultural organisations.

Rebecca Funnell

Rebecca is the founder director of the prospect research consultancy Telos Research and former Research Director at Factary, the prospect research consultancy. She has 10 years of experience in fundraising research and has worked with both local and national not-for-profit organisations on a wide variety of projects. She is also a member of the Wales Council for Voluntary Action.

Matthew Ide

Matt is the Research & Resource Manager for THINK Intelligence, the research arm of THINK Consulting Solutions. Matt previously ran his own prospect research consultancy, Hands on Research, which he set up in 2007, having worked as a prospect researcher in the charity sector for eight years. Matt’s passion for knowledge sharing and information has seen him launch several free websites, but he is best known for creating the first global fundraising resources website THINK Resource (formerly fResource), which he now manages on behalf of THINK Consulting.

Mathew Iredale

Mathew is the Fundraising Research Manager at The Stroke Association. Previously, he was the Prospect Research Manager at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity and a high value donor fundraiser at Imperial Cancer Research Fund. From Dec 2007 to Dec 2009 he was the Chairman of Researchers in Fundraising. He is also responsible for The Prospect Research Toolkit.

Robin Jones

Robin is the founder director of Milestone Research and former Managing Director of Factary, the prospect research consultancy. He has over 10 years experience in research and training, is a regular speaker in the UK and overseas. He is also a member of APRA, the representative body for prospect researchers in America, and the previous chair of Researchers in Fundraising.

Rhoda McIntire

Rhoda is the Development Executive, Research and Stewardship at Edinburgh's Napier University. She is also the committee representative of RiF Scotland.

Kerry Rock

Kerry is Director of Research at Action Planning. She has 13 years of experience of research, most recently running her own consultancy specialising in providing market and social research services to leading clients within the research industry. She has written hundreds of research reports and presented to Boards, Executive teams, national and international conferences and seminars.

George Overton

George is the Prospect Researcher for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. He has worked in the voluntary sector since 1996, including grantmaking for what is now the Big Lottery Fund, and fundraising from individuals and charitable trusts at Home-Start UK, Methodist Homes for the Aged, and Leicester Hospitals Charity. Since 2000 prospect research has increasingly become his main passion at work.

Julie Baker

Julie Baker is a Prospect Researcher for the Natural History Museum where she has been based for the past five years. Prior to her role as Researcher she worked closely with the fundraising consultant and managed the American Friends program for the museum. Julie has extensive experience in the cultural sector having worked for Historic Houses Trust in Sydney and a variety of museums and cultural organisations in London. She has recently completed a Masters in social and cultural history at Birkbeck University.
