IoF introduces new rules and guidance on fundraising with people in vulnerable circumstances

01/12/2014 The Institute of Fundraising (IoF) has today changed its Code of Fundraising Practice to introduce a new standard for those fundraising with people in vulnerable circumstances. The new rule, approved by the IoF Standards Committee and Board, relates to treating all donors fairly, enabling them to make informed decisions, and taking into account the needs of individuals who may be in a vulnerable circumstance.
