You could look at job adverts in the sector press to see what qualities and requirements other charities ask for and then place an advert yourselves once you have drawn up a job description. Individual membership of the Institute means that the individual has agreed to follow best practice and is supported in their professional development so you might decide to make membership of the Institute one of your criteria.
