The Institute is currently updating its guidance on paying fundraisers. Having already conducted focus groups with professional fundraising organisations and consultants about the use of commission, we are now calling for a Chair and members of a new working party to develop a 'Payment of Fundraisers' Code of Fundraising Practice.
The new Code is set to replace the current 'Payment of Fundraisers on a Commission Basis' Code and will also incorporate ideas explored in the 'Employing and paying a fundraiser' briefing.
