Background on the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act

On Monday 15th November 2004, the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Bill was introduced into the Scottish Parliament.

On June 2nd 2004, The Scottish Government published the Draft Charity and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Bill. The Bill underwent consultation until 25th August 2004. On 15th November, a Bill taking into account comments from the consultation, was introduced into the Scottish Parliament.
