Environmental issues remain high on the political and public agenda and there is speculation that environmental reporting requirements may one day be introduced for all organisations.
Footmarking looks at all areas of the direct mail process, from campaign management through to disposal, and measures the environmental impact of each stage. In addition to providing prospective donors with this information, it can also help fundraising organisations to identify how they could improve their practices from an environmental perspective.
