PRIME (Payroll Income Management & Evaluation) is a system that can be used to manage Payroll Giving income. Working with Barnardo's, management consultancy company billetts has developed a tool to help forecast future income and highlight missed payments.
Although not a fundraising tool per se, PRIME is a monitoring system that can help increase the income stream from regular donors. In many cases, regular payments that are missed are done so accidentally, in part due to the complex nature of the Payroll Giving system.
Using PRIME enables charities to monitor attrition, forecast and report Payroll Giving income, as well as facilitating the flagging of missed payments. The charity is then able to approach the Payroll Giving Agency of the company to chase these payments and potentially recover the money.
