Relationship management from Occam

Zebra is the latest offering from data management solutions company, Occam. It is a system which aims to help fundraising organisations target and manage supporters effectively, focusing on relationships more than banking and transactions.

By enabling fundraising organisations to find out which communications work best for which supporters, Zebra works to help build marketing programmes that attract suitable and committed supporters. The system also provides clients with access to a wealth of data on potential prospects, to help fundraising organisations identify possible valuable contacts.

The system is being targetted at about 200 fundraising organisations although a range of 'Zebra Services' are offered to smaller organisations.
