The World's Biggest Coffee Morning is Macmillan Cancer Support's flagship event, raising over £7 million each September to help people affected by cancer.
MacMillan is looking for interns in London, Surrey and Cambridge to proactively promote the event, give great support to our donors, secure press coverage, encourage support from new people and join us in planning and developing the activity.
If you're a student, graduate or considering a change in career we've got opportunities for you to build on your existing skills and gain new ones through work experience, mentoring and personal development.
In return for your hard work and enthusiasm, you'll have the chance to work with a national charity's experienced fundraising team on making this event a great success!
Our scheme will interest you if you're looking for a placement in fundraising, events, marketing and pr and have an interest in the charity sector.
The placement runs from 1st July – 30th September 2008. It is unpaid, but travel expenses will be reimbursed.
