All applications for membership of the Institute must be supported by a reference. On receipt of your application we will contact your first referee by email and ask him or her to complete a standard reference form. If we do not receive a response we will contact your alternative referee. Your referee will be asked to judge whether they believe you will abide by the Institute's Code of Conduct.
