Joe Saxton, Chair of the Institute comments:
'The Institute's board of trustees always needs to have the highest level of skills to represent the broad range of interests that are needed to guide and govern our work.

'I was worried that we would find it almost impossible to replace the skills of our outgoing trustees - particularly in the financial arena - but our new trustees have proved my worries groundless.

'We have recruited great strength in finance and resources with Kevin Geeson, we have ensured that the voice of fundraising in Northern Ireland is heard on the board through Paul Kane, and we have developed our skills in branding through James Hammond.'
