Institute of Fundraising Annual General Meeting Announced

The Institute of Fundraising (‘Institute’) announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at The Buckingham Suite, Hilton London Metropole, 225 Edgware Road, London W2 1JU on Tuesday 10th July 2007 at 1.45 pm. All Organisational members of the Institute are invited to attend.

The agenda of the AGM is as follows:

  1. Notice of Meeting
  2. Apologies for Absence
  3. To approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 11 July 2006
  4. To receive the reports from the Chairman and the Chief Executive
  5. To receive the 2006/2007 Report and Accounts for the twelve months to 31 March 2007
  6. To confirm the election of new members to the Board of Trustees in accordance with the Bye Laws
  7. Appointment of Auditors
  8. Any special resolution properly brought forward and any other business
