Nominations for the National Awards 2009, the only awards created specifically for fundraisers and judged by fundraisers, are now open.
The National Awards are a key component of the Institute’s ongoing commitment to champion best practice in fundraising and celebrate fundraisers’ hard work and successes throughout the year.
In 2008, over 270 nominations were received, with more than 750 individuals attending the awards ceremony to celebrate the success of our fellow fundraisers.
Lindsay Boswell, Chief Executive of the Institute of Fundraising, comments:
'In the difficult economic times we are experiencing, it is important to sit back, take stock and evaluate our achievements over the past year.
'Be a part of the National Awards in 2009 by ensuring you help us to recognise excellence within the fundraising profession. Importantly, all nominations can be made free of charge.'
