Heartfelt congratulations to Michael Brophy, who recently triumphed at the Charity Awards, winning the outstanding leadership award.
As well as many noteable achievements in his voluntary sector career – including as Director of Fundraising at the Spastics Society (now Scope), Director of the Standing Committee on International Philanthropy, and Chief Executive at Charities Aid Foundation, Michael Brophy is also a founding Fellow of the Institute of Fundraising. He even contributed financially to the IoF at the outset, to ensure the organisation’s long-term stability.
