Government rejects EU Proposed Regulation on Succession and Wills
Institute delighted that Government has listened to its members' views
The Government has decided not to opt-in to the European Commission’s proposed Regulation on succession and wills. This means that the UK will not be bound by this Regulation.
The Institute is delighted that the Government has listened and has responded to our views, and those of our member organisations who responded to the public consultation.
