Daryl is the CEO of both Daryl Upsall Consulting International and Daryl Upsall & Associates. He has over 34 years’ experience of successfully founding and managing fundraising, communications and advocacy operations for NPOs in more than 60 countries. He is known for his international leadership and innovation in fundraising and his role as an international ambassador for the fundraising profession. Daryl is a Fellow of the Institute of Fundraising.
David Cole is Managing Director at fast.MAP, an online market research agency. He has 30 years of experience in the direct marketing and research industries, including Head of Database Marketing at The Telegraph Group, where he developed the UK’s first newspaper reader panel. David sits on the IoF Insight Special Interest Group as Research Champion. David was also part of the IOF Task Group for Donor Preferences. He is also a guest lecturer at the University of Westminster.
Di has 15 years experience as a director of fundraising: 11 years in London, and now four years leading the fast growing fundraising department at Epilepsy Action. Di is Chair of IoF Yorkshire, and a member of the FRSB’s Advisory Group.
Passionate about fundraising and the sector, Di says “I always keep in my mind that giving is relative to an individual's situation, and each person's support is pivotal in creating positive change, however large or small. Every £1 given to charity effects change for social good: for people, communities, animals, or the environment. Fundraisers are creating a better future!"
Currently joint Managing Director of HOME Fundraising, Dominic's early career saw him in a variety of roles from managing commercial partnerships at RNID to devising award-winning employee engagement programmes for blue chip companies at the Charities Aid Foundation. In 2002, Dominic Will began to establish with Neil Hope what has now become HOME Fundraising – the largest commercial employer of Door to Door fundraisers in Europe. A respected and authoritative industry commentator, Dominic is a regular panellist and speaker at sector events. He is a passionate advocate of sector organizations being recognized not only for their fundraising output, but also their contribution to the employment and development of vast numbers of individuals within the sector and their impact on the wider economy.
Emily was elected to the Board of Trustees in July 2014. She is an experienced fundraising researcher and provides freelance prospect research and analysis to charities, educational institutions and arts organisations across the UK.
Emily is a member of the Researchers in Fundraising Special Interest Group.
Esmé is the Marketing Manager for Knowledge Peers and the Charity Leaders’ Exchange, a volunteer with Street Child of Sierra Leone, and currently studying part-time for an MSc in Social Anthropology and Development.
Felicity is External Affairs Officer at the Institute of Fundraising. She manages the media desk and is responsible for the IoF's parliamentary engagement.

Felix Davey is a freelance copywriter. He’s worked at several agencies in London, including Ogilvy and LIDA/M&C Saatchi, and spent five years at the specialist fundraising agency Bluefrog. There he was Head of Copy, responsible for creating appeals for some of the UK’s best-known charities and universities. He’s now based in Edinburgh, so he can be closer to Raith Rovers FC.
