Mark is founder of mch: positive impact, a UK based staff development firm that works exclusively with Third Sector organisations. As well as being chair of a social enterprise and an executive coach, Mark provides training in areas such as Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Negotiation and Mentoring and assists teams to work more effectively together. In 2016, Mark will be assisting the Institute of Fundraising to deliver its Future Leaders Programme. Prior to mch, Mark worked for the international consultancy firm McKinsey & Company, before taking on the role of Chief Executive at Rumbalara, an Australian Indigenous sporting and community development organisation.
