We're celebrating the great work of our small charity members

Guest Bloggers | 22 June 2018

Small Charity week is about celebrating the work of small charities, and at the IoF we’re proud of our small charity members and the excellent fundraising they do. Just take a look at the IoF Awards nominees for great examples of small charity fundraising.

However, too many charities report that they lack the skills needed to effectively raise the funds they need to sustain their vital work. At the IoF, we have been working to get the voice of small charities heard and their priorities recognised.

Last year, we released a report ‘Small Charity Fundraising Support’ and hosted a Summit with DCMS to discuss ways for the sector as a whole to further support smaller fundraising organisations. Since then, we’ve been working with our small charity members and will continue to champion their work!
