Fundraising Convention

RAISE enabled ten arts, culture and heritage fundraisers to attend Fundraising Convention 2019. Most of RAISE awardees are early-career fundraisers working in small charities and are representing diverse art forms including heritage, museums, music, and performing arts. They also come from diverse locations in England, including Portsmouth, Tunbridge Wells, Hulme, Coventry, Heckington, Nottingham, Durham, York and Oxford.

During three days of Convention we shared the common joys and challenges of raising funds in the arts, culture and heritage sector, and learned from the wider sector.
