About the event: As a rapidly growing and fresh sector to be developing charity corporate partnerships within, this event will highlight some of the best 'tech’ strategic partnerships of the moment. We’ll hear from charities who have already successfully fostered charity corporate partnerships in the space that’s offering new innovative ways to fundraise, raise awareness and work together. By showcasing some best practice examples and hearing how these charities got there, we hope our attendees leave the event inspired to consider the potential in the sector as part of their new business pipelines.
- Amy Sweeting, Head of Fundraising at Missing People: Amy has recently delivered an exciting strategic partnership with Deliveroo, which won the charity times marketing partnership of the year. Amy will be covering this partnership and other ways Missing People has utilised digital corporate fundraising.
- Jade Rolph, Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager - Account Management at Alzheimer’s Research UK: Jade has been in the non-profit sector for over a decade and currently leads the national account management team at Alzheimer’s Research UK. The charity launched an exciting gaming app called Sea Hero Quest in 2016. Developed in partnership with Deutsche Telekom and game developer Glitchers, the game exceeded all expectations. Jade will discuss the evolution and results of the partnership.
- Marta Massagué, Senior New Business Manager – Corporates at Save the Children UK: Marta has formally been in the international development sector for a year, covering the Finance, Insurance and Legal sectors for Save the Children UK. She is passionate about education and enabling children/young people to access the resources they need to achieve their goals. Marta will discuss the exciting new partnership with Revolut (UK’s leading fintech bank), that launched in July, and how these challenger banks are creating their “purpose” identity.
