For charities, innovation is a survival strategy. True innovation is about people working together to solve strategic problems, spot opportunities and take action to make sure the good ideas happen in a way that minimises risk and maximises income and impact. It is not about technology, it’s not just about having ideas.
On this one-day course we will define what innovation and creativity means and learn proven innovation tactics from successful companies, entrepreneurs and charities that you can apply to your day-to-day work. You will leave with a set of tools to build your innovation skills, including identifying where to focus your ideas, how to develop your personal creativity, how to create a culture that supports innovation and ensure the ideas with the potential to make the most impact happen.

Lucy Gower is director and founder at Lucidity. She is a trainer, coach, author and consultant specialising in innovation and product development. She works with teams to give them to courage, confidence and skills to make their good ideas happen.
