This two day course is a journey through deep self-reflection on who you are as a leader and help you to identify the space you need to create for your team to enable them to become excellent major donor fundraisers.
The goal is not to tell you what an effective leadership style is, rather we will look to strip back your own concept of leadership to a blank canvas and then work together carefully help you piece together your individual style of leadership. This process will ensure your leadership will become recognisably more authentic, ultimately enabling you to be a more effective and resilient leader.
The course will help you to explore your strengths and vulnerabilities to know how they play out in your leadership style and the impact they have on the team you are working with. You will explore carefully selected leadership concepts from academics and practitioners alongside mindfulness exercises, practical action exercises beyond the walls of a classroom and reflective journalling.
Far from a conventional course, this is one that prioritises self-discovery and the incredible power you can have as an authentic leader. It is unlikely to resemble regular training courses you have been on. The focus is on you, not a PowerPoint or handouts.
