Calling all Major Donor fundraisers! Join us for an hour-long online seminar and networking event focussing on stewarding Major Donors during Lockdown. We'll hear from Director of Fundraising, Tony Gaston, and you'll have the chance to network with fundraising peers and discuss your recent experiences of stewardship.
The Institute of Fundraising's Scottish Major Donors Special Interest group is delighted to be moving our programme of events online to Zoom and supporting Scotland-based Major Donor fundraisers during what is turning out to be an enormously challenging year.
The first of our programme of events will be an hour-long seminar and networking event on Zoom on Wednesday 1st July, 3pm-4pm, focussing on Stewarding Major Donors during Lockdown. We will hear from Tony Gaston, Director of Fundraising & Development at global development charity, Fields of Life, on how he is stewarding Major Donors during these extraordinary times. You'll have the opportunity to ask Tony questions about his experiences and the chance to network with peer Major Donor fundraisers from across Scotland and discuss your own experiences of donor stewardship during recent months.
The event is free to attend for all, both IOF Members and non-Members.
Please register for the event by following the link.
Details of how to join the Zoom meeting will be sent to everybody who has registered the day before the event.
If you have any questions about this event, please contact the Scottish Major Donors Special Interest Group volunteer Committee members at ScottishMD@institute-of-fundraising.org.uk
We look forward to welcoming you to the event on 1st July!
