South East and London
The London Region was one of the first regional groups set up to offer Institute of Fundraising members who live or work in London the chance to meet on a regular basis. Together, with the South East group, we have merged to form IoF South East & London regional group.
It provides a forum for fundraisers to meet other fundraisers in the sector, share information and advice, attend seminars and talks presented by leading specialists and socialise with your peers.
The South East & London regional group has a well developed programme of events throughout the year on a wide variety of topics to suit practically every fundraiser.
For more information, check the Events section, look for announcements in Third Sector and other industry publications, or better still join the South East & London region e-mail list by updating your record by clicking on My Profile above.
For those wanting to network with London fundraisers in a more informal setting, we have created First Thursday from 6.00pm to 9:00pm on the first Thursday of every month.
These informal events are a great way to meet other fundraisers, discuss your current issues, talk about your career plans or whatever else interests you. See Events listing for information.
We are looking for speakers for First Thursday events in 2019. If you are interested, please fill in our online form.
The bursary scheme is open to anyone working in the charity sector, or people who want to move to the sector, who live or work in London or the South East.
