Understanding GDPR

On 25th May 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect in the UK. This replaced the Data Protection Act and introduced new and different requirements for all sectors and organisations. Fundraisers and charities need to be aware of how this impacts on their work and communications with supporters.

We have brought together a range of resources and guidance to help you continue preparing for GDPR.
