Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the fundraising workforce

The fundraising profession is less diverse than the charity sector as a whole, and less diverse than UK society. That’s why we have launched a benchmarking survey for all fundraising organisations so we can establish a baseline, gain insight, and be able to measure change - it’s your chance to be involved and help us make change happen.
This is for all fundraising charities – so whether you’re the director of one of the largest fundraising teams or a fundraiser in a small local charity, we encourage you to complete the survey (you can skip any questions that aren't relevant to you!).
With all the information to-hand the survey should take around 20 minutes. 20 minutes of your time to contribute to an incredibly important piece of work for the fundraising profession as a whole.
Even if you can't provide all the data we're hoping for, we still want to hear from you! We want the data that emerges to be as representative as possible of the profession as a whole so every response is important to us.
To fully complete the survey you will need the data on the composition of your fundraising team and knowledge of your organisational practices, so it's probably easiest to complete in collaboration with your HR team or function (if you have one).
